How We Got Here
Our Founder, Tom Wengler, was a former Microsoft CRM partner that stumbled into the world of economic development.
From 2010 until 2018, his company worked with hundreds of economic developers. Once the company was sold to an Italian Company with a different focus, Tom left and starter Convergence in 2018.
The intellectual library (IP) of solutions built for customers in the economic development space has resulted in the most comprehensive, and flexible system on the market today.
Our purpose is to help economic development teams adopt useful technology that improves the quality of life for citizens globally.
The company is majority woman owned.
